Clockwise

A once-excellent AI scheduling tool that is shutting down for good in March 2026, making it a poor choice for new users despite its strong legacy.

getclockwise.com

Clockwise built a genuinely strong reputation over nearly a decade as one of the smartest AI scheduling assistants on the market, automatically defending Focus Time and untangling calendar chaos for tens of thousands of organizations, including Uber, Netflix, and Atlassian. Its core technology — dynamically rescheduling flexible meetings and syncing personal and team calendars — was best-in-class, and it earned loyal enterprise customers. However, the company has announced it is winding down entirely: its team has joined Salesforce, and the product itself will be shut off on March 27, 2026, with all user data deleted shortly after. Clockwise itself is recommending Reclaim as a replacement for departing customers. Given this, Clockwise can no longer be recommended as a tool to adopt going forward, despite its historically excellent capability and design.
