Refund Policy
Launched++ is a one-time $9.99 charge that publishes your listing without the badge requirement. Because the listing goes live the moment payment clears, this policy is built around whether that has happened.
Full refund, no questions
- Your listing was not published. If a paid listing does not go live within 48 hours of payment for any reason on our side, we refund in full.
- We declined your tool. Paying does not skip our review. If a paid submission fails the review and is not listed, we refund in full.
- Duplicate or mistaken charge. Charged twice, or paid for a tool that was already listed? We refund the extra charge in full.
Refund within 14 days
If your listing has been published and you change your mind within 14 days of payment, email us and we will refund you in full and take the listing down, or switch it to the free badge tier if you prefer.
After 14 days
A published listing is a delivered, ongoing service. After 14 days we do not refund, but you can remove or edit your listing at any time from your dashboard. The score and review are editorial and are never changed in exchange for keeping or refunding a payment.
How to request one
Email hello@launched.tools from the address you submitted with, or use our contact page, and include the tool name. We reply within 2 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically show within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Payments and the merchant of record
Card payments are processed by our merchant of record, which appears on your card statement and issues the refund. Their own refund terms apply alongside this policy; where they are more generous, they win.
